Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-03-26. This Privacy Policy explains how Stellivra processes personal data for the current public product, including accounts, tarot readings, saved readings, reading history, and support requests.
This Privacy Policy explains how Stellivra ("Stellivra", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit stellivra.com, create an account, use tarot readings, save readings, or contact support. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the website.
Controller details are available in our Legal Notice. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@stellivra.com.
We collect account data such as e-mail address, authentication identifiers, language, and time zone. We may collect profile details you choose to add, such as display name or avatar. For the current tarot product, we process prompts, questions, chosen reading options, previews, saved readings, and reading history associated with your account. We may also process temporary session or browser data needed to continue a reading before it is saved. In addition, we process support communications, device and browser information, IP-based approximate location, cookies, analytics events, and other standard technical logs needed to operate and secure the website.
The current public product does not include public advisor browsing, consultation sessions, wallet funding, active payment flows, or time-based billing. Public-domain processing is focused on accounts, tarot readings, saved readings, history, support, and standard website operations.
We process personal data to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, operate tarot readings, save readings, maintain reading history, provide customer support, secure the website, prevent fraud or abuse, analyze performance, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service updates. Where applicable, our legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation.
We do not sell personal data. We share data only as needed with service providers that support hosting, authentication, infrastructure, analytics, e-mail delivery, customer support tooling, and website security. We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer permitted by law.
We use cookies and similar tools for authentication, site preferences, analytics, performance, and security. Where required by law, we request consent before placing non-essential cookies. You can manage cookie choices through your browser, our cookie settings controls where available, and the Cookie Policy.
We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including account access, saved readings, support resolution, security, and legal compliance. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or irreversibly anonymize it where appropriate.
We use technical and organizational safeguards such as encrypted connections, authentication controls, restricted internal access, monitoring, and operational security practices to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, so you should also use strong passwords and protect access to your e-mail and devices.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. You may exercise rights by contacting support@stellivra.com. We may request information needed to verify your identity before completing a request.
We may process data in countries where Stellivra or its service providers operate, including Ukraine, the EU or EEA, and the United States, and we use legally appropriate safeguards where required. The website is intended only for adults aged 18 and older. We may update this Policy from time to time and will publish the updated effective date when changes are made.
