The current Stellivra public product is focused on tarot readings, a personal account, saved readings, reading history, support, and legal or informational content. The public experience is intentionally limited to those product areas.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Stellivra. To save readings or access your account history, you must create an account with accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us promptly at support@stellivra.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Tarot interpretations, prompts, previews, summaries, and saved readings are digital content provided for reflection, entertainment, and general informational use. You are responsible for deciding what to save in your account and how you use any interpretation or suggestion presented through the product.

Stellivra content is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice. Do not use the website as a substitute for licensed professional services, crisis support, or emergency response. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional immediately.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. Any information, prompts, questions, profile details, support messages, or other materials you submit through the website remain your responsibility. You grant Stellivra a limited right to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the current product in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The website, software, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, and other Stellivra materials are owned or licensed by Stellivra and protected by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific outcomes, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellivra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the website, and our aggregate liability is limited to 100 USD.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the website, or if suspension is required by law. You may stop using the website at any time and request account deletion where available. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and disputes are subject to the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
